Shipping policy

Rural deliveries cost slightly more and can take a little bit more time to arrive. Please select the correct shipping for your area to avoid any delays to your order. If you select incorrectly, we will get in touch to organise payment for the difference in price. 

We apologise but we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Flat Rate Shipping
We've made it nice and simple to shop from us by offering a flat-rate for shipping of $6 for urban shipping throughout New Zealand. This excludes rural, large, extra heavy or bulky items. For rural shipping please select at checkout.

$15 Shipping to Australia
Shipping to Australia is just $15, unless your order is extra heavy or bulky. We will contact you with a revised shipping price if this is the case.

Shipping to US, Europe & Rest of World
Shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $50, unless your order is extra heavy or bulky. We will contact you with a revised shipping price if this is the case. We will always refund you if actual shipping ends up being less than what you have paid.

Pre-Orders
If we open an item for pre-order, we will always advise the estimated time of delivery of the product. Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of our own (due to international shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges

We value the quality of the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty, we will happily replace the product. If the product is out of stock, we will refund your money or offer you a credit. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at our discretion. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we can contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

Items excluded from exchanges or returns are beauty products and gift vouchers.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, please email hello@stemhomestore.com for a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
